Won't save, deleting save files does not work

I know that there’ a lot of threads on being unable to save, but I can’t find one that offers a solution other than ‘delete all the save files’ - I have tried this, and it does not work. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I say try reinstalling the game, I have not have a issue there, I did have where i went back the next day and my save was completely gone
