@EpicDwarf of course you agree with yourself.
What?

@EpicDwarf don’t deny it.
OMFG.
Stop stealing my life! You portrate as a dwarf, like me, and now you steal my avatar?!
EDIT: And you steal my name, too? I looked at your profile, and it said your name is “EpicDwarf”
EDIT: And your blurb is the same as mine too!
lol, 'tis but a joke. But seriously, my CWF pic was a dwarf before I had an account here.

Good thread. I also agree that Minecraft is not even in the same genre as Stonehearth. For one, Minecraft is more immersive. It’s YOU running around that game and when a mob jumps out at you, you jump in your chair. You won’t get that kind of immersion in a god/stratigy game, since you view it from an emotional distance. Sure, you’ll care about your tribe, but there’s more of a disconnect than Minecraft. I’m not even sure these two games will have the same audience. T&S seems like a fair comparison, though. I’ve played it (and quite frankly, it bored me to tears) and because of the genra, I’m not sure these types of games will even appeal to the average Minecraft player. Cubeworld is also more immersive as is Trove. Different games all-together.
I do have hopes that the Stonehearth team will make it’s game much more enjoyable and far less tedious than T&S though.
From what we already know about Stonehearth it will definitely not be as tedious as T&S.
Right. In Minecraft, you’re down and filthy in cutting down trees, building a house, killing mobs, etc., whereas in Stonehearth, you’re aloof while your subjects toil away. Good point!
