As the title of the thread says.
Its fine if I can’t build it right away, but having the ability to plan ahead is a must.
One work-around is to save templates of all the tier 2 buildings as custom buildings – it’s a bit of a pain to do the first time, but guarantees you’ll have them at all times afterwards.
Personally, I like having them become available later, it leads to an organic feeling of growth within the town. However, I can totally understand how a lot of players want to design their whole town layout before they start building; so it’s great that we have this option!
