Hi so, I can’t start up the game. Whenever I try I get the following error message:

Also, I’ve verified the integrity of the game. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game and restarted my computer already.

Hey there @chris_dftba - this should be a quick fix, do me a favor and try manually deleting the user_settings.json file, then relaunch the game. The file is automatically generated by the game if it doesn’t exist, so that you fix the issue. Alternatively, you could copy/paste the file here and I can try and determine what broke.
In case you’re curious why uninstalling the game didn’t fix this - Steam (assuming you’re using Steam) only removes files it added to the folder. Since the file was created by the game upon launch (not by Steam during install), Steam doesn’t remove it, thus leaving it broken.

Olá! Também estou com problemas no jogo. Baixei ele hoje, porém quando tento abri-lo, ele não abri, fica na mesma tela, e quando tento aquela opção de “solucionar problemas de compatibilidade” do Windows, e aparece " Testar o Programa" somente aí é possível ver o erro, que é "Error starting application:
“C:\WINDOWS\system32\stonehearth.json does not exist”
Não sei o que fazer, alguém me ajuda, vim parar aqui nesse site para saber o que fazer.
hi i got the problem i cant start the game with out any error i dele reinstall disable firewall etc but it dosent start any idea what the problem can be i have windos 11 pc
eu fiz como você indicou, mas não funcionou. o jogo ainda não abre e o arquivo volta a aparecer toda vez que tento iniciar o jogo.
