Another little suggestion: one can end with huge quantities of stuff like stone, vegetable, meat, etc, so perhaps a “Sell All” button within the commerce panel could be welcome if one want to sell the whole pile. Eventually a confirmation pop-up could be nice to avoid miss clicks.

Yes Yes! And maybe there could be a buyback option as well.

Supossedly this feature is already in A11 r2494:
Shops will now put stuff in escrow when you sell it so you can buy it back if you want.
Escrow items will be dropped off near the banner once you close the shop UI
