To reproduce the bug just try to move around the map with your left mouse button.
Basically when moving around and stop clicking left mouse button the camera still moves when moving the mouse. I have a top tier Razer wireless mouse and this does not happen in any other game.
Also a short and easy to implement idea:
Make the left click also do-able with the arrow keys or WASD on the keyboard.
