I don’t attend all their meetings, just the ones I should at the hours I can, because I’m still in Europe’s timezones and that won’t change anytime soon.

However if it starts to feel really uncomfortable, I will find a way to move there (which I currently can’t, but everytime I talk with them it really makes me want to be with them at their office) >__<
