Is it possible to be able to have a person switch between, lets say pottery and mason for instance, and still retain the levels they gained while being able to swap back and forth between the two?
I think I read/watched something in the past that said that hearthlings would keep previous experience. I have never tried it though and I could be completely wrong

They retain the levels, but remember that the experience needed for getting to the next level will be the same after demoting, so you’ll need more time to get to the next level.
