I have built all three fountains and have more than enough net worth, but the quest isn’t showing up in the notifications panel. I pressed it once before when I didn’t have everything, but now I can’t find it.
For the quest, it is only required to build one of the three monuments and attain the corresponding net worth. If you pressed it once before and had at least one of the monuments, it is completed and you’ve unlocked the tier 2 building templates.
