Hey guys, the Steam release will be on April 21st. I am sorry it took so long, but we are a tiny company and have to handle a lot of things at the same time.
Btw, there will also be a free edition coming to Steam.
Announcements coming before GDC
I was using zoxel until I realized it didnât support setting or even maintaining the origin. Well, technically, I was using zoxel until I opened a copy of a vanilla model with it, saved the model without making any changes, and compared a hexdump of the saved model to a hexdump of the original model. I was hoping to be able to determine what changed to I could reset the origin. Those hopes were immediately dashed and I would no longer consider zoxel a viable tool for modding Stonehearth models even if it did allow setting the origin. But I digress.
At the moment Iâm just interested in being able to save my changes and render to .pngš, but might be interested in more advanced features if I stick around. Can you recommend a version, or should I just wait for the aforementioned announcements? Thanks.
š I love the features of the render function in Qubicle 2.5.8 (Trial) BTW. The ability to auto orient the model and the movable/sizable render âselection boxâ with dimension indication are indispensable.
