Probably just me being stupid, my bad computer, or graphics something to do with start

Okay right now I am on my phone and not able to access my computer but here goes I am ashamed to admit)well not really) I have yet to play the game due to an issue with start up, I get the music and everything, buttons are where they should be I think but the graphics are so borked that I have no possibility of playing the game like this (will post a screenshot and my computer information here later) changing resolution does nothing and it doesn’t Matter if I am running the game from steam or stand alone, maximized or small screen.,. Hehe yeah I will give more information later😅
