Stone hearth won’t load

Hey everyone I’m not very tech savvy so I have looked through previous posts about this but haven’t been able to resolve the issue. I recently redownloaded and installed the nexest version of SH and it won’t load. At all. I try to load from Steam and from the short cut. All that happens is I get the little wheel and then it stops. Nothing at all loads, no error message. Nothing. I had this same problem a year ago too and just stopped playing.
