I too have this error every time I open an existing world (new or not) in the new 771 release, from what I have found it doesn’t seem to affect the gameplay and just closing it seems to be fine.
Did you already build any house?
But this is a building error. I can’t reproduce this if I only start a new game and save/reload in r771.
It might not affect gameplay but it shouldn’t be so frequent. Might be related to a specific savefile you have?

I think this one was reported already, but savefiles that reproduce the issue consistently are always welcome
