In the new 566 build the icon for the ten piece wooden fence no longer shows up. It seem to work fine else where and it is still can be placed

I will check this out later on today, I suspect it’s just a typo somewhere that’s changed the file name.

Does any other icon disappear or just that one?

that was the only one I saw at the moment, ran out of steam and had to crash for a few hours. I will check out the other endpieces today.

it seems to be with all of them, this should be showing wood and stone endpieces. they can still be placed and show up fine in the world

Man, this mod should really be implemented on the core game. I tried a clean playthrow without mods and this one was the one I missed the most. (this annoyng gaps and unmatching vanilla fances drive me mad little to much… XD)

Thanks for your kind words, they’re really appreciated.

I believe Radiant wants to implement a fence system where instead of dropping individual pieces into the game, you will be able to click and drag to create whatever style you wish.

What would you rather see at this stage though, a click and drag fence of more ‘solid’ content, better updates to path finding etc.

Any updates on when the thumbnails will be showing again for the fences in inventory?

I can’t find any issues with the thumbnails myself? Can you create a new game and then report back please?

I have started a new game and it is doing the same thing. Everything is working fine except the thumbnails in the place item tool.

I did notice something that was different about this mod. I do not know how this is effecting it but the entities are not in individual folders but are just lumped in the construction folder.

The path to the .png seems to be correct for where the .png is located. But looking at other mods it seems that the path structure is (Modname/entiies/construction/theitem/theitem.png) do you think this may be causing it?

I am having a problem placing the stair pieces. I can not place them on top of my staircase! (made out of slabs not the new stair function)

Hey guys,

It seems that the update has broken the collision region again and for some people the thumbnails are not showing up.

The folder structure of my mod doesn’t actually cause any problems. I could have everything in one folder and it still would work.

Unfortunately for everyone I am going on holiday for 3 weeks now but I will contact someone who would be able to update this mod for me in this current time.

That is good to know. I am still learning about mod so I did not know if that would be a factor or not.

I could not see anything else that would be causing it.

ok looks like its not only this mod ^^ i have seen this now also in other mods etc.

edit: soooo i have found the issue - stonehearth accepts “name” for all expect for the towninfo - there its only accept “display_name” xD

tommorrow i will look into the collisions ^^

I just noticed something. If you build a stone ten piece wall and it gets placed in the stockpile it has the same iconic image as the wooden ten piece wall. but places as the stone. If that makes sense? XD

The creator just used the same iconic .qb file for both. I image that once they have time or @Wiese2007 gets time they could create a separate .qb file for it.
