Hello there! I’m back after a long, LONG break. Anyways, I have a question. I have already started planning my ideas for some mods.
Well, anyways, my question is : How will you be able to create a mod and what program will you be able to create it in.

Qubicle, Animator (Blender, 3ds Max, etc.), IDE (Notepad++, Sublime Text, etc.), Google Chrome, Sound Editor (Audacity? and Garageband??)

i think @Xavion pretty much nailed it (as to the tools we will likely use in the creation of our mods), but if you want to pour over the modding section of @Geoffers747 Q&A thread, it may help as well…
