Whenever a tutorial popup opens and I press somewhere else, the window closes and I don’t know how to then continue with the tutorial. I can start the tutorial again by restarting the game, but that’s not a viable option. Can you please help me?
In the “toolbar” along the bottom of the screen, the button on the right-hand side which looks like an exclamation mark is your “notifications” button – it’ll open up a window that has all your outstanding quests and other dialogues, which you can use to open up the specific messages.
Any time you get a message pop-up, it’ll go into that window until you resolve it (i.e. make a decision like “ok”, “cancel” or something else that will mark the dialogue as completed – if you simply click off the message window it’ll minimise back to the dialogue box again.) Certain late-game quests will also have a button option that will also minimise them back to the dialogue box, allowing you to hold off on your decision for later.
Okay, I think I know what the issue was. The tutorial seemed too short and I thought there was more missing, because, frankly, I had no idea what to do next. Now that I re-run it by changing
"hide_intro_tutorial" : false
in ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Stonehearth\user_settings.json
I came across this. Is this the final message from the tutorial??
