are you playing the humble bundle or steam version?
Humble bundle version
alrighty, to update it you just have to back to the page on your humble bundle account where you originally downloaded it. and you simply download the new version. but make sure you have uninstalled the old one before you do that.
i hope that makes sense.
also, what version do you currently have?
