Uhm, I noticed right while pasting the image that there is also two ornate wood fence. I’m guessing one is the old fence and the other is the new combo fence.

Yep, many outdated fence types are being sold at this store. I just got another one and can confirm he still sells the old ornate picket fence:
The fence below the highlighted one, with a jewel icon, is also the outdated picket fence

afaik they left the original fences and added the new ones
at some point they might remove/delete the old files
