Didn't get the Quest for township 572

Summary:
Didn’t get the quest for township after talking to the herald.
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go though the conversation with the herald as usual
  2. half way though get a notification saying something else and click on it.
  3. The herald is gone and no Quest for township
  4. scratch head

Expected Results:
That I would be able to go back to the conversation after checking the other notification.
Actual Results:
Can’t go back to the conversation.
