For the icons, if you Right-Click on the desktop and look at the View menu, is “Show desktop icons” unchecked by any chance?

My god, it worked.

THANK YOU!

But, my Office now needs to be re-activated again, but I found that my Adobe and my Antivirus are still there, they just need to be re-installed, as the files are still on my PC.
