[Con] Shadows not rendered inside caves/roads

Minor lighting bug.
Shadows don’t render across the differences in depth for caves/roads. Makes it very difficult to tell there is an entrance.
Roads are easier to see due to the color differences, but if the rock is all the same colors, it’s impossible to find entrances.

The space between the two towers is a mine here.



Just bumping this up with another example from r188. There is no visual distinction in the light levels here, but my guys are standing on a ledge.
