**Expected Results: Opening cheat window

**Actual Results: nothing happens

**Notes: When pressing CTRL SHIFT C nothing happens. It worked before, but suddenly it doesn’t.

**Version Number and Mods in use: Alpha 22, NO MODS

The keybinding for the console was changed a few alphas ago.
