A thought about food production vs limited total storage came to my mind today, but an auto sell option; where you can setup items to automatically be sold when any vender comes by. This could be a simple check box or as advanced as requiring a special trader class. This way, your farmers or whoever don’t fill up your total inventory, and you make money for your town.
