Always Crashing...Help!1

Summary:

Game keeps crashing…sometimes it holds longer without crashing, others it just crashes with no reason!
Starting to get frustrated here…always crashing in a week of playing it.

ACE has some important information on the beginning of the log as well, could you perhaps please upload the full log somewhere (like google drive or dropbox?)

The end of the log doesn’t seem to have any issues that could cause a crash, which means that’s probably a hard crash, these are more difficult to figure out so that could help…

Well, right off the bat I can see that you’re using the 32 bit version of the game… This is not optimal because it severely limits how much memory you can use, and it’s likely the reason why you’re crashing, since you have some mods and all that and these use more and more memory.

Try switching to 64 bit in the game settings!

You have a lot of mods that are known to cause errors or are right away incompatible with ACE.

These are not needed (ACE already adds similar or the same features, and having them can cause issues):

"box_command_tool"
"crafter_queue"
"smart_crafter"
"workshop_inventory_display"

And these are outright incompatible/broken with ACE:

"Piles_Plus"
"age_of_giant-piles"
"strategic_silos"
"ace_armours_core"
"ace_armours"

And while these are technically “okay”, I’d personally not recommend them to be active:

"betterstorage" -- This one is usually incompatible but since you also have "mod_repairer" it should be ok
"kmnky_traits" -- Some traits are known to be bugged/have issues like the cleric or goblin
"candledark" -- Not updated to the most recent ace/sh version
"highclass" -- The higher classes are incompatible with ACE equipment and combat job changes
"joto" -- ACE has coffee now, only use it if you want the dromedaries

Try setting to 64 bit and clean the mod list and let us know how it goes :merry:
Please note that removing mods from an ongoing game might cause some issues when you load it (things from the mods might disappear, etc) but it should be fine other than some error messages.

The mods that i use in my world are the ones that i put in the first message? the others i have them subscribed but they are disabled for that save.

I’ll switch to 64 bit and give it a try!

The mod list generated in the log shows only the active mods, so these mods are definitely active on your save, that might be due to the mods updating on steam (or a game reinstallation or some other issue) reseting the mod settings/user settings, I have seen it happen before

I’ve been playing after making sure it’s in 64 bit and it seems better, at least i’m not getting crashes after 5 min of playing as i was getting.
