What are the ideal stats for each job these days?
Mind gains more xp so it levels faster.
Body affects speed, strength, hp, etc…
Spirit helps recover health or heal others better, and increases chance to craft good items.

Interesting. So Spirit is important for crafters now. I think I had been favoring Mind for crafters in the past.
Is Mind a useless stat once a Hearthling hits max level?
The engineer repair speed is based on mind, and also the sleep duration. You can check all this at their character sheet hovering at different attributes.
There are also modded classes, those can use the stats in other ways depending on what the author desired. For example, the sweeper class has one extra summon for each spirit point.
