[A16] Hearthlings won't place items stored in Large Crates

Summary:
Hearthlings will not place items that are stored in crates (I have only been using Large Crates when seeing this)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Store placeable items in crates
  2. Instruct Hearthlings to place item somewhere

Expected Results:
Hearthling collects item and places it.

Actual Results:
Hearthlings stand around as if they have nothing to do.

Notes:
Hearthlings will place item if another is created and placed in normal stockpile, or if crates filter is changed to no longer store said item.

I’ve definitely noticed this as well - think its prolly logged somewhere on forums already, but it is pretty annoying at times.
