1.1 Update went backwards?

Hi,

I was playing in the 1.0 version of the game on 11.12.2018, then I logged out and saw the update. Updated the game to 1.1, then logged back in and instead it loaded up Alpha 0.24??

I can;t play my save as I play as the 3rd settlers, (the snowy people) and now seemingly am playing in an older version of the game?
