I have 2 save files, that it seems like all my people go idle when a house is at a certain point for some reason. I have 16 people. no errors load etc.
Would you like that save file as well?
Okay, it appears that one hearthling being stuck out of world (she’s stuck parented to a bed, which is a separate bug). This one broken hearthling was causing all other hearthlings to idle 
I put in a fix for this – the save should be recoverable next alpha 12 unstable push.

@yshan here are two save files that are done started idleing around the same time though, I went back to a save point that was still good. to try again.

Edit: the one that is the lastest in the game time, seems to have kicked back into being playable after attacked a goblin camp. but I waited and watched and nothing was happening for the longest of time.
It’s not a problem, I’m just starting games as soon as I get bugs and dumping the old saves into a “bugged” subfolder 
As i get another bug i’ll upload the savegame again. U.U
