Workers idle, not completing Building

I have a structure to build and my workers simply don’t complete it! They refuse to build the roof and complete the build, It’s really annoying that this bu is not yet fixed! People have been having this problem for a long time. Please do something about this

how do i do that? cause The problem wasn’t there before when i made that building in earlier releases
