There’s an unstable version on the dev branch on steam if you’re playing that way!

It’s Alpha 12 content though. They say v11 develop-XXXX because it isn’t quite 12 but it’s going to be noted as Alpha 12 when the official release is made.

So it’s not technically “Alpha 12” but it’s content that will be in Alpha 12 and any content that has been talked about for Alpha 12 is in the build.

could you provide a screenshot of the title-screen? that way we can see if for some reason your game isnt updating, or if it actually is A12
