Just looking for an updated list of console commands – specifically the cheats to add hearthling traits & remove them.

and passion_job
These two never seem to work for me. :’) It says result true, butnothing happens, for clarification.

If they are not working for you, and assuming you did everything right, then it is maybe dependent of the debug tools, an already included mod that you can activate through the mod menu
I’ve been trying to get them working all day, have started multiple new games haha. But it just started working after this new game, so this thread can be deleted! I have no idea what was up, it just actually added them to the hearthlings this time around. 
If someone can delete this - would be appreciated!
