So i have a slower computer, and i had some problems when two notifications are connected (for example it can take up to 5 seconds for my new villager to pop up some mornings), and i just did the town ship quest, and as i was waiting for the herald to come, i had to leave the game. So i saved and shut down the game. When i get back the Herold won’t come. Any help?
Do you still have the notification in the UI? If so, you can try to call her again.
Normally, there’s another timer in the background so even if you don’t call her, after a day or 2 in-game she will appear on her own (as long as you met one of the (net worth + monument) requirements).
If you have the tier 2 templates in the templates menu it means you already got the second town tier.
If you want, you can upload your savefile and we can take a look at it.

i have had this happen once to me and i can confirm the herald should appear in about 2 game days on her own
