Wouldnt matter, at the end of the day they are two different words. If you really want to see how this stuff can go though, have a look at king (candy crush) and all the lawsuits in their attempt to claim ā€˜sagaā€™. Its disgusting that the U.S. system allows someone to claim an etymologically 1000 year old word because they have the money to argue in court (from and engineer who deals with patent lawyers way to often (2 friends are patent attorneys)).

I really donā€™t see Blizzard being concerned about this and their title was obviously based on the item in game that teleports you back to your saved inn meaning itā€™s a leasure inn game they play while not on adventures and such

I would understand if Stone Hearth was a card game, but it has nothing similar. Although there are trademarks out there for reasons.

Please donā€™t :slight_smile: - the names are what they are, and so far thereā€™s not exactly been any trouble right? Everyone is happy to play both Hearthstone and Stonehearth, and what a world that is.

They are two completely different names. If Blizzard was petty enough to take legal action against Radiant, it definitely would make a fuss. The big guy picking on the little guy. I hope nothing happens.
