Radiant/modules/entities.lua:78 attempt to call method 'is_valid' in function 'destroy_entity'

Summary:
unable to remove a (20x20 - wood filter)
it’s the first time I get this error on this rev

Steps to reproduce:

  1. select stack
  2. press ‘remove’ (nothing happens)
  3. press ‘remove’ again (error appears) stack stays there

Expected Results:
removal of the stack

Actual Results:
the stack was successfully removed after reloading latest save game
