Ladder Glitch // Broken

As i tried the Red Villages and needed to get some clay. So i setup a down mine and here it comes:
When i placed a ladder for them to get out like this:
1 = Dirt/Stone/Clay
W = Ladder
1 W 1
1 W 1
1 W 1
1 W 1
1 W 1
1 W 1
So it works Normally like this. BUT
If i continue building the ladder when i go deeper. I get this.
B = Blue Print of the Ladder

1 B 1

Why is this annoying?
Because i have like 5 of the people stuck down the mine and when i wanted the other people on the top of the mine to build on the ladder they just glare into the sky.

What am i trying to tell you?
Basically the villages wont build on the ladder even tho most of the ladder is built.

might be that they are out of wood…one log can only make so much ladders. ladders are mostly a single mans job, meaning that if wood has to come from far it will take a long time.

Here is the result:

  • I had 205 Wood.
  • I had 2 workers which were allowed to build.

The wood was like 5 Blocks away from the blueprint of the ladder.
