Item shows in "Place an item" menu, but can't be placed

Summary:
I’m trying to place a mean bed in this instance, it shows the item in the menu but when I try to place it, it just never gets placed. This has happened with some other items in the past. I also can’t seem to sell the item either

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Build the item
  2. Try to place down the item, using the “Place an item menu”
  3. The item might not be placed down

Expected Results:
The item gets placed as usual.

Actual Results:
The item just appears as a ghost, where the item is supposed to be placed, and no one pays attention to it.

Notes:
I wish I knew how to give the save, as it somehow helps but I am incompetent.

I use all the required mods, with Rayyas children + 3 template mods.
System Information:

Several issues related to item discrepancies have been just fixed, and the fixes will be included in the next unstable release later this week. If you still see them after the next release (will be numbered something higher than 866), please bump this thread, ideally with a save that reproduces the issue.
