Instant Build not working

I cant instant build with bebug tools anymore
I have a building that wont build and I cant instant build it ether

just tried ib in the console command and it worked
btw, i’m at release 870

It would be great to see ib and scaffolding fixed, etc. Have not tried them with the latest release so disregard if fixed.
