I need help for script and mods

hello, I want to say I appreciate the work of moders and wanted to learn how to create mods too, put my ideas in mods, make others enjoy too … but I do not know create mods and I do not know use scripts … so, I wanted to ask you if any moder have patience in teaching me I would be grateful.

My English is not very good … then it may be written it.
