How does the manual unlock work for legendary recipes?

hi all,

question for you:
how does the manual unlock work for legendary recipes?

i see it in the recipe, but i dont see whats the “key” that tells it to unlock. i suspect its -somewhere- in GM but have no clue where. can anyone point me in the right direction?

found it, it was hidden in lua.
in \data\town_bonuses\ and then the relative lua for town bonus in question
