Same story, I get to day 8 or so and the game stops saving, neither overwriting nor as new. Dumps the two .bin files, but that’s it. This makes it very hard to get any long-lived gaming session going…

Cheap now. I remember building old 286 systems where 4 MEG would cost you a hundred dollars, haha.
You’re so young. When I bought my first PC, I spent $500 upgrading from 1mb to 2mb of RAM. And another $500 to upgrade from a 40mb hard drive to an 80mb (yes, megabyte) hard drive. My dads pc at the time still had dual floppy disks (no such thing as a hard drive), 640KB of ram, and was 4.77mhz.
'course I was 30 when 286’s came out…
