I’ve gotten this bug through a couple different saves:

at Animation.tick (http://radiant/stonehearth/ui/root/js/libs/jquery-1.10.2.js:8922:14)
at jQuery.fx.tick (http://radiant/stonehearth/ui/root/js/libs/jquery-1.10.2.js:9499:9)
This would occur randomly after promoting a hearthling. I don’t remember which class I was trying to promote to the first few times, but the last time it happened was when I was promoting a worker to a carpenter (at the beginning of the game).
It doesn’t seem to have any impact on the game (to my knowledge)
