i like this idea! though if it were to work, i think they would have to keep the random stats part of the game, then again, i really like the entire idea of having a random set of villagers, so perhaps still have that option alongside with this one.

Could be done today, because the hair/beard/eyebrows currently are just model variants added by some component I can’t name right now on top of my head (customization something something). Instead of having it semi-random, this could be done using a GUI or something. Yes.
