The Character Portraits are Not Working…
Have re-installed, and have no mods, have not experienced before…
All of the characters are like this.
Did you already try F5?

That is so strange… What your system, and what is your settings in the game? Have you tried the lowest settings?
Did you have updated video drivers?

The only report about broken portraits that I can think of is this one:
Here are some questions:
Does it happen if you start a new game? Or only in that savefile?
Do you have autosave enabled?
Have you tried to verify the game cache on Steam after reinstalling, or updating your graphic drivers from your manufacturer’s website?
