Can't Place Wall Objects

Summary: Cannot place any wall objects.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a wall
  2. Create a wall object (Lamp, Sign etc)
  3. Try to place wall object on wall

Expected Results:
Wall object ghost to appear on wall and clicking to place object

Actual Results:
X cursor appears and clicking selects the building/wall

Versions and Mods: Alpha 13 Development Build 2717 (x64)

System Information: Windows 10 Pro 64 | Intel Core i7-3820 | 16 GB Memory | Nvidia Geforce GTX 680
