Cannot Place Objects on Walls

Summary:
When placing an object, I cannot place objects on cliff or cave walls above ground height. I can put them on buildings. I can put them on cliff or cave walls over 1h if I place a ladder first.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Try placing an object on a cliff or cave wall.

Expected Results:
Place object on wall, then ladder appears if too high.

Actual Results:
Mouseover does not allow object to be placed over 1h.

It’s because it’s now checking if it’s on a “ground” surface. you can still place the wall mount objects on walls, but it has to be touching the floor or something else that counts as it.
