Cannot pick up or move window when not in a building

Summary:
After accidentally placing a window on the floor with the place tool, not the build tool, you can not move, undeploy or destroy it like a ladder
(haven’t tested the destroy tool now I think about it)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Put down a window
  2. See heartling put it down
  3. See that even mjolnir is easier to lift then the window you just put down

Expected Results:
Ability to uproot and move the window, as long as its not in a building, or even when it is.

Actual Results:
Window stuck to your floor like you ductape it there

You can use the debug tools to destroy the window if need be. But, I agree, windows and doors should be allowed to be undeployed like various other objects.

I would also like the feature to allow for undeploying windows and doors. :merry:
