There are two workbench for each worker. I can using only first small workbench. So second workbench (big) what is it? /sorry for my bad english 
if i understood you correctly (sorry,tired crabs cant read very well 
) you wanted to know what the point of having multiple workbenches was?
if thats the case, the second tier workbenches are used to craft varying things depending on the crafter, such as the mason needs the second tier bench to make lights.
