Task manager. Where you can see what your hearthlings are planing to do, and the ability to change/cancel tasks.
Being able to make walls inside a house, without buggin’ out. We need a livingroom, dinner-room, worker-room for our beloved 'lings. Theres not many, so they need awesome houses
Being able to make holes in the floor, of a 2 stories building, so we can build stairs inside the house. If you cheat, and ib-command a house like that, it seems like the hearthlings wont go to the 2nd floor.
The ability, to set a home to a hearthling (I guess thats planned since theres blacksmith and more, signs.)
but, what about the hearthlings of the one town whos player wasnt on, what would they do? just stand around?
this would give the other players an advantage because they could build up a massive city whilst the other player is off. and if they arent able to build while neither player is on, what then? its almost pointless to go on while the other player is off.
but im sure TR will figure out a perfect way to get around all these little hiccups, i have faith in them
I explained this already. They either sleep or finish work which is why you set up tasks for them to do while your away. such as mine, build, farm and craft
what if your off for a few IRL days? the other person has a chance to get way more done, then you can had out before leaving for those few days. it would be “unfair”. thus making LAN more appealing then online multiplayer.
but hey, like i said, im sure TR will find a way around these problems.
one other thing, im not sure, but i dont think you would be doing “pvp” online games, but instead you would be working together with separate towns. could be wrong though.
Maybe to solve this problem some limits to what you can do should be added.
Like how many pieces of wood, ore, cloth and stone you can use to build your defenses and gear up your military
Or you know just do it the same way as a lot of other game where you can only open the multiplayer session again when all players are present in the loby?
If somebody leaves the game saves and closes. And when you feel like playing again you open the lobby and invite the players who was in the game back. Then this problem will never appear.

My thoughts are you cannot gain citizens unless the other person is online keep same citizen count.
[/quote]this still wouldn’t stop the other player from creating a larger city and getting higher net worth. maybe i’m just not understanding your point, but it doesn’t really work and doesn’t make sense either. so… unless both players were to sit down for a session and play until the other person won, your idea wouldn’t work and has flaws.
but hey, like i said maybe im just not understanding your point correctly.
Yeah then what do others do they are trying to have fun then one person has or wants to get off others are stuck in the dust. they do that with Civ V and it pisses me off
now that i think about it, he probably meant StoneHearth Team, as there is actually multiple games being made by radiant… im still going to go with TR though
