A552 - Schematic finishes, but does not remove all scaffoldings (Included)

Summary:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use the json file I provide, put into your saved objects
2. Create the building in a world
3. Once finished, observe that the scaffoldings on the front walls are not fully removed.

Expected Results:
Scaffolding should be removed
Actual Results:
Most is removed, except two walls worth of it.
