What if Stonehearth will have a time managment system. I mean, with the new conversation system i’d like to manage the time when my Heartlings must work or can stay idle and maybe talk to each other .

I am still writing 
,i didn’t got enough time to write becouse of studies . In a week i should start completing the story
Or maybe like Prison Architect, where you can edit the complete regime
